VL Harley Davidson Parts, 1930-1936
LINKERT M21 CARBURETOR with OEM Fuel Filter - $480, 1933 VLD and 1934 VL's. Complete carburetor with a NOS cork float (float needs a modern replacement). New high and low speed needles, 1238-33 Throttle Lever and throttle shaft. 1 1/4" bronze body has excellent original nickel plating. Good threads.
SCHEBLER DLX72 CARBURETOR - $200, 1930 - 1931 VL's. Bronze body, 1 1/4", nickel plated. 1 1/16" venturi, no nozzle.
3105-29T2 SEAT BAR, 1933-1936 VL's with full seat pans - $150, one only. The last of the ones I manufactured. 4140 chromoly steel casting with carbonized steel plates.

Fixture to assemble repaired VL Spring Forks. Complete, $300. I've used this for years in manufacturing complete VL Spring Forks and repairing original Spring Forks. Spring Fork in photo shows that the Fixture works. Spring Fork in photo has been sold.
Lugs and tubing available for purchase to repair VL Spring Forks. This is primarily targeted to the guy that wants the above Fixture but not exclusively.

If the lower lugs are damaged or pitted, these allow for an easy repair. Reamed 7/8" hole for a snug tubing fit. 4140 chromoly is easily welded or brazed.

3101-25 SEAT BAR BRACKET - $45Note NE-30 raised digits. These are a little short because of casting shrinkage. Make sure it sits at least 1/8" higher than the gas tanks. This allows the Seat T bolt to clear. Harley-Davidson, 1925-1936, 74" & 80" Twins.
3103-29 - UPPER SEAT BAR PLATE (6 hole shown, or 4 hole)- $183103-29S - LOWER SEAT BAR PLATE- $10Spring steel plates for the rear cross bar, 0.125" thick. Black color results from the heat treating process. Easily removed by blasting. 1929-1964, Big Twins & 45".
4521-26 - SWITCH KEY, BERYLLIUM-COPPER SPRING ALLOY, Cadmium Plated - $20/pair, price reduction, I made too many.These are exclusive to me. No one else has ever made these since Harley stopped. Exact dimensions as OEM parts. Don't settle for poorly made steel reproductions. These are made from BERYLLIUM-COPPER SPRING ALLOY. Key Tang has same 0.040" bends as originals and the heat treating keeps it that way so the keys won't fall out when riding. Tie the keys together with a leather string, just the same.1926-1936 All Models. Vacuum Precipitation Hardened to Rockwell 40C.
4860-30 LEFT and 4859-30 RIGHT HORN BRACKETS - $110 for the pair Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. The raised forging marks: SK-1093 (right side) and SK-1093A (left side) are as clear on my reproductions as they are on the originals. Sorry, the detail photos are not that great. 11780-34 - DICE KEYS - $60 with longer leather and Handlebar Clip. 1926-1936 All Models except EL.Red, Green, and White antique Bakelite Dice, Dice made in the 1940's and 1950's, with my exclusive heat-treated beryllium-copper keys, braided leather strap that runs through a brass tube in each die, and crimped brass rings to tie each end. Each key is glued into a milled 0.400" wide slot. Only available with a 6 and a 5, as per the originals.Dice Keys were originally introduced by Harley-Davidson in 1933. Above drawing is from the 1934 Accessory Catalog. There have been many manufacturers of Dice Keys throughout the years, but all (to my knowledge) have used modern plastic dice and poorly made steel keys.
314011M - Handlebar Clip - $10.Use with above Dice Keys (1 already supplied), only if you need an additional Clip. Unless keys are firmly inserted into the switch, they will vibrate out. Ever wonder why originals are so very rare? This clip will keep them from becoming lost on the roadside. Only one needed per set of Dice Keys.
