Later part number is 96650-30A.CrankShaft Truing Stand is all there and works with HD's plus 80" and other Indians.Jim Mosher, 14 records at Bonneville with his twin engined 1940 Scout, used this truing stand when he started out building Indian Chief and Scout powerplants. Complete carburetor with a NOS cork float (float needs a modern replacement).
New high and low speed needles, 1238-33 Throttle Lever and throttle shaft.
1 1/4" bronze body has excellent original nickel plating. Good threads.

Delco 16 was used from early 1930's into the 1950's. Starburst face in 1940's-1950's.

This one was probably used on a GM product. Harley mounting brackets and Starburst face can easily be attached.

1930-1936, 74" & 80" Twins.Front Fork Legs often need the tubing replaced. If the lower lugs are damaged or pitted, these allow for an easy repair.
Reamed 7/8" hole for a snug tubing fit.

3101-25 SEAT BAR BRACKET - $45Note NE-30 raised digits. These are a little short because of casting shrinkage. Make sure it sits at least 1/8" higher than the gas tanks. This allows the Seat T bolt to clear.

Exact dimensions as OEM parts. Don't settle for poorly made steel reproductions. These are made from BERYLLIUM-COPPER SPRING ALLOY. Key Tang has same 0.040" bends as originals and the heat treating keeps it that way so the keys won't fall out when riding. Tie the keys together with a leather string, just the same.1926-1936 All Models. Vacuum Precipitation Hardened to Rockwell 40C.

11780-34 - DICE KEYS - $60 with longer leather and Handlebar Clip. 1926-1936 All Models except EL.Red, Green, and White antique Bakelite Dice, Dice made in the 1940's and 1950's, with my exclusive heat-treated beryllium-copper keys, braided leather strap that runs through a brass tube in each die, and crimped brass rings to tie each end.
Each key is glued into a milled 0.400" wide slot. Only available with a 6 and a 5, as per the originals.Dice Keys were originally introduced by Harley-Davidson in 1933. Above drawing is from the 1934 Accessory Catalog. There have been many manufacturers of Dice Keys throughout the years, but all (to my knowledge) have used modern plastic dice and poorly made steel keys.
314011M - Handlebar Clip - $10.Use with above Dice Keys (1 already supplied), only if you need an additional Clip. Unless keys are firmly inserted into the switch, they will vibrate out. Ever wonder why originals are so very rare?
This clip will keep them from becoming lost on the roadside.
Only one needed per set of Dice Keys.
