I've run a set of these on my "C" Shadow since 2017. The vast majority of the parts I make are on my own bikes. The motorcycles I ride.

Heavier wall tubing and stonger 4140 steeel castings than OEM or retubed forks. 3 pounds heavier than OEM. Upper and Lower Fork Trees, along with the 4 Fork Links, and the FT227 screws, are heat treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C.

FT208AS - BRAMPTON FORK GIRDER - These will only be sold with complete forks.

My reproduction part shown. The OEM Girder is 8 1/2#'s, mine is 10 3/4#'s. Lost Wax, 4140 Chromoly steel castings give great detail and strength and are more dense than sand castings.

The DOM, 7/8" swaged to 5/8" rear tubes and the DOM, 3/4" swaged to 5/8" front tubes have significantly thicker walls and weigh more than the 1/16" walled OEM tubes.

FT208TS BRAMPTON REPLACEMENT FORK TUBES - $200 set of 4 tubes

DOM tubing (seamless). Slightly longer than OEM. Original tubes are often heavily rusted on the inside.

Front tubes, end shown on the left, have a 3/32" wall thickness, thicker on the ends. They are 3/4" swaged to 5/8". Original front tubes have a 1/16" wall thickness.

Rear tubes, end shown on the right, are bent to shape and have a 1/8" wall thickness, thicker on the ends . They are 7/8" swaged to 5/8". Original rear tubes have a 1/16" wall thickness.



B20 type 1- HANDLE BAR CAP- $30 each

45 degree countersinks, for 7/8" handlebars. Raised B20 is evident. Bronze casting as per originals. Later "B" version.

FF31 type 1 - HANDLE BAR CAP- $30 each

Early series B. 45 degree countersink, for 7/8" handlebars. Surface texture as per originals. Cast 4140 chromoly steel.

FT10/1 - REAR STAND LUG type 1- $50 each

Raised characters, FT10/1, are evident on the castings.



FT188 - BRAMPTON Series B FORK DAMPER KNOB- $50.

Aluminum, 3/8" x 26 CEI, 2.1/4" OD, With set screw.

Aluminum Knobs were used after the pre-war Bakelite Knob stocks were depleated.



FT200 - BRAMPTON BOTTOM RIGHT LINK- $75

1/2" CEI RH thread.

Heat treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.



FT213L - BRAMPTON BOTTOM LEFT LINK- $70

1/2" CEI LH thread.

Heat treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.



FT207S - BRAMPTON FORK STEERING COLUMN ASSY. - $400.

These are 150 gms. heavier than originals. 2 drilled grease fitting bosses. Fitted bronze bushings.

Heat treated, Lost Wax, 4140 Chromoly steel casting with a DOM tubing stem.


FT210S - BRAMPTON Series B FORK HEAD CLIP ASSY.- $350.

Use with 7/8" handlebars. 1 drilled grease fitting bosse. Fitted hard bronze bushings.

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. Not sand cast mild steel.



FT213L - BRAMPTON TOP LEFT LINK- $55

3 3/8", 7/16" CEI LH thread.

Heat treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.



FT213R - BRAMPTON TOP RIGHT LINK- $55

3 3/8", 7/16" CEI RH thread.

Heat treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.



FT218 - BRAMPTON FORK SPINDLE, Top- $40.

7/16" polished drill rod, 2 used. Nuts actually thread on without galling.



FT219 - BRAMPTON FORK SPINDLE, Bottom- $40.

1/2" polished drill rod, 2 used. Nuts actually thread on without galling.



FT220L FRICTION PLATE, Left Hand - series B- $35

Brampton Twins and Singles. Polished and Chromed. Photo isn't very good but the parts are nicely plated.

FT225 - BRAMPTON Series B FORK STEERING DAMPER KNOB- $50.

Aluminum, 3/8" x 26 CEI, 2.1/4" OD.

FT227C - BRAMPTON HANDLE BAR CAP SCREWS- $15 ea. chrome plated steel, FT227 - $12 ea. cadmium plated steel.

5/16" CEI. I'm not a fan of stainless steel screws. Yes, I do make the Saint Christopher Medal.

Heat Treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.



FT229 - BRAMPTON TOP RACE CONE SHROUD- $60, available only with complete fork sets, PR30MB.

One of the very few fully machined parts I will ever manufacture. No one else is making them properly and they are essential in supplying a complete Brampton Fork Assy. The bearing actually fit in these. No additional fitting required.



FT232 - BRAMPTON STEERING DAMPER NUT ASSY. - $85

All steel construction. Heat treated 2 3/8" cone shaped washer (which rotates freely).

Another one of those parts that are not available from any source we could find. Oh, and these fit.



FT233 - DAMPER SPRING BLADE - series B - $20

Brampton Twins and Singles. These are Parkerized steel, OEM parts were painted black.



FT240 - STEERING DAMPER ROD - series B - $20

FT241 - STEERING DAMPER LOCKNUT - series B - $20

Rods are 10+ inches long, Parkerized 4140 steel.

Nuts are chromed steel.

G77 - KICKSTART FOOTPIECE (Right Hand)- $55

Cadmium plated, Early B type. Raised G77, foundry mark. For the very earliest version, weld end lip (4140 welds easily) and belt sand round. Heat Treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C.

Twins.



G78 - GEAR PEDAL - $70

Raised part number "G78". Cadmium plated. Heat treated 4140 chromly steel. With bushing.Fitted to an OEM F52/12 and F84/1.

Series B and early C Twins.



G108 - GEAR LEVER - $40

Raised part number "G108". Cadmium plated. 4140 chromoly steel. Originals were bronze.

Series B and early C Twins.



H35/1AS - BRAKE ROD WING NUT, type 1- $25

Complete unit is 4140 chromoly steel heat treated to Rockwell 40C. Raised large mold number "5" and part numberas per originals.

PR15B VALVE LIFTER LEVER ASSY. Series B and D - $260, chrome plated, limited availability.

Bronze castings, not offered separately. Unplated versions (not for sale) shown for comparison because I take poor chrome photos. These were originally made by Sackville, in the UK.
