Cosmetically accurate replications of castings and forgings in 4140 Chromoly steel and heat treated 4140 Chromoly steel. Bronze and aluminum parts as per originals. Lost wax, hard shell ceramic mold process. All of my Vincent parts have limited production. I am making a large variety of part numbers but few examples of each.

Complete Brampton Forks, original - $4795, same price as my forks.

I had to replace the riser caps, fork links, and F55 with my chromoly steel parts. The supplied reproduction parts were awful.

The 4 swaged fork tubes were replaced by Ray Danials of the UK. Fork is straight. Choice of chromed steel knobs or polished aluminum.

I've run a set of these on my "C" Shadow since 2017. The vast majority of the parts I make are on my own bikes. The motorcycles I ride.

Heavier wall tubing and stonger 4140 steeel castings than OEM or retubed forks. 3 pounds heavier than OEM. Upper and Lower Fork Trees, along with the 4 Fork Links, and the FT227 screws, are heat treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C.

FT208AS - BRAMPTON FORK GIRDER - These will only be sold with complete forks.

My reproduction part shown. The OEM Girder is 8 1/2#'s, mine is 10 3/4#'s. Lost Wax, 4140 Chromoly steel castings give great detail and strength and are more dense than sand castings.

The DOM, 7/8" swaged to 5/8" rear tubes and the DOM, 3/4" swaged to 5/8" front tubes have significantly thicker walls and weigh more than the 1/16" walled OEM tubes.

Unfinished parts or unfinished parts kits are not available for sale. No need to inquire.



FT208TS BRAMPTON REPLACEMENT FORK TUBES - $200 set of 4 tubes

DOM tubing (seamless). Slightly longer than OEM. Original tubes are often heavily rusted on the inside.

Front tubes, end shown on the left, have a 3/32" wall thickness, thicker on the ends. They are 3/4" swaged to 5/8". Original front tubes have a 1/16" wall thickness.

Rear tubes, end shown on the right, are bent to shape and have a 1/8" wall thickness, thicker on the ends . They are 7/8" swaged to 5/8". Original rear tubes have a 1/16" wall thickness.



B20 type 1- HANDLE BAR CAP- $30 each

45 degree countersinks, for 7/8" handlebars. Raised B20 is evident. Bronze casting as per originals. Later "B" version.

B20 type 2- HANDLE BAR CAP (Girdraulic)- $30 each

Raised B20 is evident, for 7/8" handlebars. Bronze casting as per originals.

ET32/3 - CARBURATOR ADAPTER, Front, 1 1/8"- $98. Two left.

Shadow carb adapter. Bronze, as per originals. Spigot machined 3/4" long. Raised part number.




F24/2LC - Vincent Prop Stand Left Leg Series 'C' - $150. 1" to 2" longer than stock.

Series 'C' Prop Stand Left Leg. Leg must be cut to length and foot brazed on.

These stands will fit to original FT118 Brackets.

All parts made of 4140 chromoly steel. Legs and Bracket are heat treated to Rockwell 40C.



F25/7 - REAR BRAKE PEDAL LEVER- $75

Cadmium plated (I'm resonably sure they were originally painted black), 4140 Chromoly Steel, heat treated to 40 Rockwell C.

With bushing. Twins and Singles.



F51/4 - FOOTREST DISTANCE PIECE (Left Hand) - $60

Cast 4140 chromoly steel. Originals were forged. Raised part number and foundry mark.

Cadmium plated. Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. Not aluminum.

Emblem made from the stamped aluminum Firefly cover.



FF31 type 1 - HANDLE BAR CAP- $30 each

Early series B, for 7/8" handlebars. 45 degree countersink. Surface texture as per originals. Cast 4140 chromoly steel.

FF31 type 2 - HANDLE BAR CAP- $30 each

Later C's, for 7/8" handlebars. Surface texture as per originals. Cast 4140 chromoly steel.

FF31 as supplied from the UK.

Fully machined (a little rough on top) steel. Not castings as per originals.

Sort of a cross between the original FF31 type 1 and the B20 type 1.



F11 - BRAMPTON Series A Handlebar Riser, 1" - Only available with FT210SA Head Clip. That's all I have left.

2 used on Series A Fork Head Clip. For 1" handlebars.

Heat Treated 4140 to Rockwell 40C. My old part number FF31AS.

FT118 - Vincent Prop Stand Bracket Series 'B' and 'C' - $200

This Bracket will fit to original Prop Stands.

Heat Treated to prevent the (usually) left leg mount pivot hole from wallowing out and splitting. This is very common with originals. Difficult to repair where it will actually work.



FT130/HRD - KNOB NUT, HRD - Nickle Plated Steel- $30 each

Heat Treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.

1/4" BSF, HRD in 3/16" letters, 1.4" OD, Magneto Cowl and Rear Fender Hinge Bolt. Battery hold down.



FT130/VIN - KNOB NUT, VINCENT - Nickle Plated Steel- $30 each

Heat Treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.

1/4" BSF, VINCENT in 3/32" letters, 1.4" OD, Magneto Cowl and Rear Fender Hinge Bolt. Battery hold down.



FT188 - BRAMPTON Series B FORK DAMPER KNOB- $50. modestly polished.

Aluminum, 3/8" x 26 CEI, 2 1/4" OD. With set screw.

Aluminum Knobs were used after the pre-war Bakelite Knob stocks were depleated.



FT188A - BRAMPTON A Side Damper Wing Nut - $30

5/16" x 26 CEI threaded hole. 2.7" overall length.

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. Not sand cast mild steel.



FT200 - BRAMPTON BOTTOM RIGHT LINK- $75

Top part is one of mine. Lower left is OEM. Lower right is a recent, sand cast, reproduction from the UK.

FT207S - BRAMPTON FORK STEERING COLUMN ASSY. - $400.

These are 150 gms. heavier than originals. 2 drilled grease fitting bosses. Fitted bronze bushings.

Heat treated, Lost Wax, 4140 Chromoly steel casting with a DOM tubing stem.



FT210S - BRAMPTON Series B FORK HEAD CLIP ASSY.- $350.

Use with 7/8" handlebars.1 drilled grease fitting bosse. Fitted hard bronze bushings.

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. Not sand cast mild steel.



FT210SA - HEAD CLIP, Series A Brampton Forks - $315 separately, $585 complete with Riser Set.

Available separately or with 2 each F11 Risers, 2 each FF31A Riser Caps, and 4 each FT227C Cap Screws, chrome. For 1" handlebars. 1 drilled grease fitting bosse. Fitted hard bronze bushings.

4140 chromoly steel, heat treated to Rockwell 40C. NOT sand cast mild steel.



FT213L - BRAMPTON TOP LEFT LINK- $55

Top part is one of mine, cast with 0.125" characters. Middle right is UK made flat bar steel (not a casting) cut to shape and hand stamped with modern 0.250" characters. Bottom is OEM, cast with 0.125" characters.

3 3/8", 7/16" CEI LH thread.

Heat treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.



FT213R - BRAMPTON TOP RIGHT LINK- $55

Top part is one of mine, cast with 0.125" characters. Middle right is UK made flat bar steel (not a casting) cut to shape and hand stamped with modern 0.250" characters. Bottom is OEM, cast with 0.125" characters.

Aluminum, 3/8" x 26 CEI, 2 1/4" OD.

FT227C (series A # F11B)- BRAMPTON HANDLE BAR CAP SCREWS- $15 ea. chrome plated steel, FT227 - $15 ea. English stainless steel.

5/16" CEI. Yes, I do make the Saint Christopher Medal.

FT227C are Heat Treated 4140 chromoly steel to Rockwell 40C.



FT229 - BRAMPTON TOP RACE CONE SHROUD- $60, available only with complete fork sets, PR30MB.

Dimensionally correct. The FT124 Headrace Cones actually fit in these. The 2 older UK made versions I have (easily recognised by the lack of the 2 each, 3/16" punch holes on top) are not even dimensionally close.

One of the very few fully machined parts I will ever manufacture. No one else is making them and they are essential in supplying a complete Brampton Fork Assy.



FT232 - BRAMPTON STEERING DAMPER NUT ASSY. - $85.

All steel construction. Heat treated 2 3/8" cone shaped washer (which rotates freely).

Another one of those parts that are not available from any source we could find. Oh, and these fit.

Bronze casting, as per original, available at no extra cost.



FT233 DAMPER SPRING BLADE - series B - in stock, $20

Brampton Twins and Singles. These are Parkerized steel, OEM parts were painted black. Heat treated.



FT240 - STEERING DAMPER ROD - series B - in stock, $20

FT241 - STEERING DAMPER LOCKNUT - series B - in stock, $20

Rods are 10+ inches long, Parkerized 4140 steel.

Nuts are chromed steel.

Cadmium plated, Early B type. Raised G77, foundry mark. For the very earliest version, weld end lip (4140 welds easily) and belt sand round. Heat Treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C.

G78 - GEAR PEDAL - $70

Raised part number "G78". Cadmium plated. Heat treated 4140 chromly steel. With bushing.Fitted to an OEM F52/12 and F84/1.

G81 - INDICATOR LEVER- $40

Cadmium plated.

Lost Wax, cast 4140 Chromoly steel gives great detail and strength.

G108 - GEAR LEVER - $40

Raised part number "G108". Cadmium plated. 4140 chromoly steel. Originals were bronze.

Series B and early C Twins.



G108/2 - GEAR LEVER ARM- $90

Ever have one break on a Road Run and even though you found a welder, it still broke again? This heat treated 4140 chromly steel lever will not break, no need to carry a spare. Serrations are crisp. C & D Vincent Twins. Raised characters: G108/2 part number and circle SA forging mark as per original parts. Cadmium plated. Easily chromed, ask them not to remove raised characters.



H13 - SERRATED WASHER- $20

Serrations are crisp. These will be cast (to look like the original cast ones) and broached square to exactly 0.500". Not machined stainless with a sloppy 0.510" hole. Cadmium plated. Heat Treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C.

Complete unit is 4140 chromoly steel heat treated to Rockwell 40C. Raised large mold number "5" and part numberas per originals.

Can be machined to OEM size for use on a motor. Originals were die cast and perfect. Shown is one of mine. They are lost-wax cast and very good but not cosmetically perfect.
