11525-22HD - FORK STABILIZER- BAR & SHIELD - $150, in stock.

MADE in the USA. Cast and plated in Texas, machined and polished here in Santa Fe. 1922-1929, J & JD Big Twins. Nickle plated bronze. Tight fit, no allen set screws. Uses original type tapered pinch bolt screws. Works great on my 1928 JD. Helps stabilize the jumpy front fork tubes while riding down the bumpy, dirt road to my house.



1614-18 - NOS 3/16" LOW TENSION WIRE TERMINAL - 1918-up - $3.50 for one.

New Old Stock 3/16" wire terminals, all Harley-Davidson models. 0.830" long. Reproductions do not have the "V" cut clamps.

Paraphrasing PALMER: 1924-1939 harnesses primarily use the 1614-18 terminals with it's 3/16" tubular eyelet. 1940-1949 harnesses use these terminals on the timer to coil wire on the coil end.

Wire is looped around base of terminal and the tube is crimped over the wire using a brake rivet press or upholstery eyelet press. The whole assembly is dipped in solder.

Heat treated 410 chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. 1916-1928 Twins. Uses 5/16" x 18 tpi pinch bolts.



4054-15 - REAR WHEEL BRAKE LEVER- $50

1915-1919, J Twins. Shorter than the 1920-22 version.

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C.

I've never seen a 1928-40, Harley-Davidson made, Right Hand Brake Lever. Mine are modified (lever is shorter and properly curved), handlebar mounted, siren activators. Bracket has casting number 1280-30 on the bottom.
