1229-27 - AIR INTAKE CAP - $65

Note that original Air Caps were always made of cast steel. NEVER aluminum, bronze or mystery metal.

Made from an NOS part. Nickle plated. Cast steel, open backed, 3 1/4" diameter. 1927-1931 Harley-Davidson Twins.

Made in the USA by me, like all my parts. I have the mold and pour the waxes. Cast at a Texas foundry. Machined in my shop. Nickel plated in Texas.

3105-36T3 - SEAT BAR, Type 3 - $210 with hardened, ground, Steel Double Bushings

2 clevis pin holes, 2 clevis pin studs on each side,large double clevis pin bushings. Grease fitting on top. 1938-1940 Big Twins and 45".



4149-28, Harley-Davidson, 1928-1940.

Virtually indistinguishable from original. Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly to Rockwell 40C, Lever and Bracket. Bracket has casting number 1280-28 on the bottom. GL5 (EL/UL era), GL4 (VL era), or GL3 (early VL era) Clip available.

4149-28C Chrome Plated Lever, $195.

4150-28R - REPLACEMENT for ORIGINAL HAND BRAKE LEVER, LEVER- Parkerized $95, Chromed $125

We made a new mold. These will fit original 4151-28 Brackets, as shown in above photo. All Models, 1928-1940.

4521-26 - SWITCH KEY, BERYLLIUM-COPPER SPRING ALLOY, Cadmium Plated - $15 each

Don't settle for poorly made steel reproductions. These are made from BERYLLIUM-COPPER SPRING ALLOY. Key Tang has same 0.040" bends as originals and the heat treating keeps it that way so the keys won't fall out when riding.

1926-1936 All Models.

Vacuum Precipitation Hardened to Rockwell 40C.



4859-30A - RIGHT HORN BRACKET- $55

These will have to be fitted. Heat and bend the 4140 chromly steel castings with an oxy/act torch to achieve exact mounting of your horn.



5092-39 - LICENSE BRACKET - $60

Parkerized. All models 1939-1946. Also listed as part number 68150-39.

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly to Rockwell 40C. Originals are spring steel.

1930-1952, 45" Twins. Made in the USA. Heat treated 4140 chromoly steel. These will not bend!

Replace that worn out leg on your original stand or the leg that bends on your cheap Chinese Jiffy Stand.

Exact duplicate of OEM part. Will work with OEM Bracket and attaching parts.

Looks just like the originals. 4140 chromoly steel cast bracket. Raised characters: "51910-52 C1 HZQ" clearly visable, as per originals.



AIRHORN LINKERT - NICKEL PLATED STEEL - $65

Open backed, 2 3/4" X 4". All letters in relief. Offered by Linkert in the 1930's and 1940's. Made in the USA.
